Spacious, 500 sqft, single-occupancy suites available for rent in the Fleetwood building. Single-occupancy only, ideal for long stays or business travel and centrally located in the heart of Saskatoon. Just bring your clothes, personal toiletries and food. I have looked after the rest.

These suites are located in an attractive, 11 suite apartment building in City Park, a much sought after neighborhood immediately north of the Central Business District. Very quiet building as 9 suites are single occupancy and all tenants are non smokers/vapers. An easy walk to downtown, City Hospital, Meewasin Trail or Saskatchewan Polytechnic. The University is about a 25 minute walk. Electrified parking at rear. The suite has no carpets (laminate and porcelain tile floors). All new furniture (March 2019). Plus, we’ve fully stocked the kitchen with flatware, dishes, cooking utensils, pots, baking pans and more. Making your favorite dishes will be  a breeze.

For entertainment, a 55-inch, WiFi-connected 4K smart TV allows you to login your favourite streaming service for all your favourite content. In addition, Shaw TV basic programming is included. Then, when it’s time to work, you’ll appreciate the premium office chair and standard-sized desk with pullout extension plus light, power and USB charging. For appliances, you’ll have a Fridge, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster and Coffee Maker provided. We even include the dishwashing supplies.

Finally, bath supplies include 2 each face cloths, hand towels and bath towels. For the shower, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Soap are provided. And last but definitely not least, sleep well on hotel-quality bedding and blackout curtains in the bedroom. We use Simmons, Serta, and Protex Premium pillow and mattress allergy protection products.

Minimum lease 2 months. Tenant insurance required for occupancy.

Started at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge in 1967 and became manager at the Dartmouth Inn (110+ room hotel/motel) upon Graduation from Dalhousie University in 1970.
