Photos are the first impression you make with your property. If a tenant sees a yellowing, dark looking place at a premium rent, they will move on… no matter how many times you say “The photos don’t do it justice!”
To put it simply, great photos give great results – more interested renters, the best chance at maximizing your rent for the space and minimizing your vacancy. How much does a month of lost rent cost (or reduced rent to get more interest)?
Professional photos are an investment in your property, not an expense! As long as there are no substantial changes (renos or damage beyond the normal minor wear and tear)use them again and again when you get new tenants and they’ll easily pay for themselves.
We offer high quality, professional real estate photos… finally priced to help landlords market their rental property (but we’re happy to work with realtors as well)! On top of that, we can shoot virtual tours, take aerial drone photos, and even digitally stage your property to put the space into context.
Our objective is to make every listing as good as possible and really improve the rental marketplace for landlords and tenants alike.

At Anikio, we’ve taken almost 2,000 photos of rental property in just the past year. Browse a very small selection of our work, chosen to show some of the diverse types of properties we have shot as well as our favourites.
We’ve sorted the photos by room so it’s easy to compare. And we’ve also included a few examples of Digital Staging. Finally, you can see some of what we do with our camera in our spare time.
Virtual tours allow potential tenants to do a preliminary viewing before they even contact you. They can walk around, look in 360 degrees and not only get a good feel for the space but also help them know that the photos aren’t hiding anything.
Virtual tours help serve as pre-screening for both the tenant (will this work for me?) and the landlord (am I driving across town for nothing?) And best of all, virtual tours offer a way to view the property when it might not otherwise be possible due to time of day, scheduling conflicts, notice to current tenants, etc.
See our Virtual Tour page for more information:
Check out this amazing new capability we’re proud to offer to Saskatoon landlords – digital staging! Using one of our high-resolution photos, we can digitally introduce furniture to make a space feel less empty and more warm and help tenants envision themselves living there.
Staging, widely used in real estate sales, is impractical for landlords due to moving and rental costs, but by staging one or two key photos digitally, your property will be more eye catching and connect with prospective tenants.
